Welcome to the Centro Diagnóstico Lucilo Ávila (CDLA) privacy notice.This notice was prepared for you, who are visiting our site and for all CDLA customers. Our mission is to provide an increasingly better service, and therefore, this document seeks to objectively clarify how we collect and process data for the provision of Marketing services by CDLA, under the terms of the Brazilian General Personal Data Protection Law – LGPD (Law No. 13,709 /2018).

icone3 The database we use is collected in 3 ways:
  1. Through our site – when an individual fills in a form and registers to newsletters or campaigns;
  2. From our system – we send information to the marketing agency according to the persona profile request or
  3. Social network campaign – when an individual registers to receive our content.
  • To request an exam or start a conversation on WhatsApp, we ask for your full name, email, phone number and gender.
  • In our site section “contact us” we only ask for name, phone number and e-mail.

Contact Data: Name, phone number, email and gender.

Data that identifies you: Your IP address, login information, browser type and version, time zone settings, browser plug-in types, geographic location information, operating system and version.

 


How and why we use your data

Purpose: Marketing, campaigns and send emails and messages about new features, products, services and content.

The email is collected at the time of registration, through social networks or through the website, and thus, we carry out some campaigns based on pre-defined strategies.However, all emails can be unsubscribed at any time if they do not want to receive any type of campaign. This “unsubscribe” tool is available in the email itself in a clear and visible way, just click on the link to do so.

There is also the possibility of requesting “unsubscribe” directly with our DPO via email [email protected].

You can choose not to provide us with personal data.
If you choose to do so, you may continue to use the website and browse its pages, but we will not be able to process any transactions from the website.

You can disable your browser cookies.
You can block cookies by configuring your browser, which supports this feature.

You can ask us not to use your data for marketing purposes.
We will inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use it for marketing and if any third parties are involved. You may also opt out of marketing by sending an email. In any case, the marketing emails will always have the “unsubscribe” tool, allowing you to unsubscribe any time you wish.

We have physical, electronic and management procedures to protect the information we collect. We have an Information Security Policy with guidelines and good practices that can be consulted upon request to our DPO and subject to analysis.

 


Where and for how long we store your data:

The personal data we collect is processed and stored in our operational database.

But remember, you can unsubscribe at any time by email in our “unsubscribe here” tool, and with that, we understand that you no longer want to remain in our database on marketing-related issues.

We may give access to your data to third party service providers who are contractually obliged to maintain the same security and privacy standard that we guarantee to our customers. These can be:

  • Advertising advisory service;
  • Offline media planning and scheduling;
  • Planning and execution of twelve monthly posts;
  • Management of Inbound marketing strategies;
  • Maintenance of Lucilo Ávila’s website.
